For years we were law partners, but our story started with canons of construction—there was a spark we couldn’t ignore. What began as casual chats soon turned into long talks, shared adventures, and countless moments of fun.

Over time, we developed a deep relationship full of love, affection, purposeful communication, and mutual admiration and respect. We’ve traveled (most often to Colombia), supported each other through highs and lows, and created memories that will last a lifetime. Whether we’re trying a new recipe, grilling outside, going to a yoga class, riding our bikes to the beach, or attempting to finish a single episode of a show (Veronica usually falls asleep ten minutes in—so it takes us about four nights), we’re happiest just being together.

The proposal? A complete surprise. On the night before Thanksgiving, at a painting event at Muse in Connecticut, surrounded by loved ones, he revealed his masterpiece—a canvas that read “Will you marry me?” With family by our side and happy tears all around, it was a perfect, unforgettable moment.

Each chapter of our journey has brought us closer together, and now, we’re ready to start the next one as husband and wife.
